I'm trying to make an artist signup for myspace, but I can't get the songs on the profile page. I don't even know how to record the songs...Help someone! I'm trying to become a new artist, and I'm trying to get a record deal with Hollywood Records, but there's no way I can contact them...and by the way if you know anyway I can contact them please let me know=] Anyways, please help.
once you get the band myspace there should be a link to add songs and they must be mp3 format you can also sell them by setting up a FREE snowcap account on your myspace to sell the songs for the price you want $.99, $.88, $2.50, $.49, whatever you think is the right price-- to do this you need a credit card so you get money added to your account when people by your music.
With a microphone and an audio recording program.
how do u link songs from myspace to project playlist
All you do is when you have your project playlist loged in, it sais
"%26gt; add your playlist to myspace or facebook"
you click that link then you click
"Get the playlist code for MySpace, Facebook, Blogger, hi5 or any other site! "
Then " Get the code for myspace %26gt;%26gt;"
Then "Choose which of your playlists you want to get the code for:"
Pick your song list
Then you Choose the options you want
Press get code
CTRL+A
then you got your myspace and you edit your profile and then you press CRTL+V in the box you want and you save changes
BAM there you go son
Hi! Ok, so I made a Myspace band webpage and I don't know how to record songs (with vocals) and upload them to an MP3 format. Do I use a software like Magix Music Maker 12 Deluxe or Cakewalk Music Creator 3? If so, which one is better?
You can use Audacity
I used a program called DMC music converter. Its free ware %26amp; if you have the proper codecs installed on you're system it will convert wav, to mp3 or mp3 to wav %26amp; back to windows media audio.
I think its a bad idea to put music files into a myspace page because folks with dialup cant access the page. I had a myspace page take almsot 3 hrs to load at dialup speed becasue someone embedded 18 bjork songs into the PAGE! She was a blonde.
I tried uploading it from limewire in .mp3 form but it said it was against myspace terms. Anyone know another way i can upload songs?
You can use The Music Hutch http://www.themusichutch.com/ to upload and search music and then copy the embed code into your blog, webpage, social network profile, etc.. You can add unlimited songs to your playlist.
no u cant use limewire. u gotta get html codes and copy and paste them into your blog or wherever u want it at.
Go to http://www.toadsqueezer.com !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sincerely
the monkey who lives in your water heater
you can do a playlist of a whole bunch of different songs.
click on music it'll be on the top right.
click on a band or singer.
go on there profile.
look at there music and for the song click add
As of right now, it says this question hasn't been answered. So I'll go ahead and answer it. You can embed a code with the song in it, but it's much easier to just go to music and type in whoever you want a song by and then click add to profile.
You add them from the music already listed instead of your own.
http://projectplaylist.com/
this is the one i used . Make an account/free and they wil tell you from there how to continue
WELL HAVE FUN GOING TO JAIL SOON CAUSE LIMEWIRE IS PROSECUTING PEOPLE WHO HAVE DOWNLOADED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SONGS...A LADY GOT FINED $200,000 DOLLARS AND I THINK SOME JAIL TIME. BUT MYSPACE WONT ALLOW IT AND IF YOU KEEP DOING IT THEY WILL DELETE YOU...ID SAY GRAB THE SONG FROM YOUTUBE AND MAKE IT AUTOPLAY....
I just searched the band or song I wanted and then clicked on the song I wanted to add to my page and pasted it in whichever section I wanted it in.
But something else I found is better. Go to http://www.projectplaylist.com/
You can add a bunch of songs from that website to your myspace page.
with my laptop it wont let me download the songs.
when i try to save it it says lad-download myspace.
i use mozilla firefox and downloadhelper addons to download song from myspace :
