Yes and No to your question.

The No part first,

You can't download songs to my space that doesn't

have it's own host.

Meaning unless your PC runs it's own hosting site,

every time someone logs onto your page, it would

allow them to play music (without licensing it) to other listeners

from your PC ..

They have allowed artist who owns there own songs

(rights and licenses)

to download there songs(%26amp; even then they have a host)

The Yes part is if you have a host, like, hypster (it's free)

you can play your songs from your pc, even then, you

have to upload the songs you want your listeners to hear

to a 'host.'

You would have to log on to it to change your

listening settings, playlist orders, or to add/remove songs.

Host programs are good because, it takes the work and stress of people uploading to Your computer in order to listen to something.

When you allow people do that, you have to increase your band-width, to allow other people's computers, to connect with yours.

you need to make an artist myspace.

so you goto music.

then in the red bar thingy that says myspace music, you goto the right where it says artist signup.

nd then you make one.

nd upload the song.
